Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Zenplan service. By creating an account or using the service, the user accepts these terms without reservation.
1. Purpose
Zenplan is an online service that analyzes and generates marketing plans for local businesses. The service relies on public sources (Google listings, websites) and artificial intelligence models.
2. Definitions
"Service": the Zenplan platform available at zenplan.pro. "User": any person with an account. "Plan": the analysis and recommendation report generated by the Service.
3. Access and account
Access requires creating an account via email and password, or via a third-party identity provider. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to protect their credentials.
4. Plans and payment
The Service offers a free plan, a one-shot plan, and a Pro subscription. Current pricing is shown on the /pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable VAT is shown at checkout.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user acknowledges that digital content (the generated Plan) is supplied immediately after order and expressly waives the right of withdrawal once generation starts.
6. User obligations
The user agrees to a fair use of the Service, not to attempt to compromise its security, not to automate unauthorized access, and to submit only data they are entitled to use.
7. Intellectual property
Zenbaia retains all rights to the platform, its interfaces and models. The user retains ownership of the data they provide and of the Plans generated for their business, and may freely use them.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Recommendations produced by the AI are suggestions and do not constitute guaranteed professional advice. Zenbaia cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the Plan.
9. Availability
Zenbaia uses reasonable means to ensure availability of the Service, without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
10. Termination
The user may terminate their account at any time from their account area. Zenbaia may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be modified. Users are informed by email or within the interface. The applicable version is the one in force at the date of use.
12. Governing law and mediation
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user may resort to consumer mediation before any legal action.
