Trust & Security
Zenplan processes your business data to build your marketing plan. Here is how we protect that data and what you can expect from us.
Our approach
Zenplan analyses information from public sources (Google Maps listing, public reviews, website) together with the data you provide. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Hosting and encryption
The application and database run on professional cloud providers. All traffic to the site uses HTTPS/TLS, and data is encrypted at rest at the database level. Administrative access is limited to the people who need it.
Passwordless authentication
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address: no password is created or stored by Zenplan. Sessions are signed and expire automatically.
Plan isolation
Each plan is only accessible to its owning account, enforced by access rules at the database level. A plan becomes visible to anyone else only if you deliberately create a public share link, which you can revoke at any time.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. No card data passes through our servers and none is stored by Zenplan.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of providers to run the service: application and database hosting, transactional email (Resend), payments (Stripe), public data sources (Google) and AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, Perplexity). They act solely to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
Your plans and account data are kept while your account is active. You can request an export or the deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to support@zenbaia.com; we handle the request within 30 days at most.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@zenbaia.com with the technical details. We acknowledge reports within 3 business days and keep you posted. Please don't disclose the issue publicly before it is fixed.
